We are 63 years old as a Republic. It is the time to celebrate the fact that we are the citizens of India and live in a democracy a blessing we sometimes take for granted. It is time to appreciate our founding fathers that had the conviction and wisdom to give us this Constitution which for all its frailties has stood the test of time.
