HISTORY arrived last night under a crescent moon, serenaded by a cool breeze and a drum roll at 20.10. It was the opening ceremony of the first ever Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG) Singapore 2010, hosted by Singapore. The inaugural Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games kicked into high gear as 750 people made a splash on the reflecting pool of The Float@Marina Bay.
